Worksites in Williamson County, TX have been taking part in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program since April 1994. This program is designed to donate community service restitution (CSR) hours to nonprofit, charitable, or government organizations. Every year, offenders perform more than 200,000 hours of community service in a variety of settings. Felicia, the public affairs manager for H-E-B in Central Texas, is responsible for media relations, social impact strategy, obtaining sponsorships, and charitable nonprofit initiatives on behalf of H-E-B. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communication Science and a degree in Sociology with a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship and Nonprofit Organizations. The Austin Community Foundation (ACF) is a public charitable organization that awards grants and brings together the financial resources of individuals, families and businesses to support local causes and address the needs of their communities.
